The children supported by Helping Hands Development Center (HHDC) face tremendous challenges. Many have lost one or both parents to HIV/AIDS, malaria, death during childbirth, or abandonment. Often, these children live with extended families who struggle to provide for themselves, let alone care for additional children. In some cases, these children are forced into child labor or are left uncared for entirely.
Through our Sponsorship Program, we are creating opportunities for people like you to make a real difference. Sponsoring a child provides access to education and offers hope for a better future—not only for the children living at HHDC but for children across the entire village.
Why Sponsor?
Your sponsorship will:
Provide Education: Cover school fees, uniforms, books, and supplies, ensuring that a child can attend school and pursue their dreams.
Ensure Health & Nutrition: Help provide nutritious meals, clean water, and access to essential medical care.
Offer Safe Living Conditions: Ensure children grow up in safe environments, protected from abuse and neglect.

In addition to child sponsorship, we are actively seeking donors to help us build a school and sports academy. We already have enough land in the Kilimanjaro and Manyara regions, purchased with small donations from friends of HHDC. Your contributions will help us create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and develop their talents, ensuring a brighter future for our community.
