Children Education

HHDC Early Childhood Development (ECD) Center is a high-quality learning institution that provides education and care for children aged 2-5 years old. They offer age-appropriate programs and maintain a low student-to-teacher ratio to ensure that each child receives personalized attention and instruction.

HHDC ECD is committed to creating a free and safe environment that promotes physical, cognitive, and social development. By having a range of indoor and outdoor facilities that encourage children to explore and learn at their own pace. Moreover, the center recognizes the importance of parental or XXX involvement in a child’s education and encourages them to participate in various activities and events.

Volunteer Opportunity

HHDC Early Childhood Development Center work closely with international and national volunteers who are passionate about teaching and making a positive impact in the lives of young children. HHDC offer opportunities to teach all subjects, create art and athletic programs, and help build infrastructures at both the ECD center and their vocational center. Volunteers will work alongside experienced and qualified educators, gain valuable teaching experience, and make a lasting impact on the lives of students.

Vocational Training

HHDC Vocational Center is a learning institution that offers practical and relevant vocational programs to out-of-school youth and young women in the community who were unable to continue their education. The center provides courses and training programs in areas such as welding, cooking, tailoring, and entrepreneurship.

The courses are taught by experienced and qualified instructors who are dedicated to helping students succeed in their chosen career paths. Additionally, HHDC Vocational Center creates a supportive and nurturing environment where students can learn and grow, and counseling and mentorship services are offered to help students overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

HHDC Inuka Program

An economic strengthening program that targets out-of-school youth and women in the community with entrepreneurial skills, start-up kits, capital, exhibition, and marketing opportunities can have a significant impact on poverty reduction, employment creation, and women’s empowerment.

The program can provide training and mentorship in business management, financial literacy, and marketing to help participants develop the necessary skills and knowledge to start and grow their businesses. Start-up kits, such as tools, equipment, and raw materials, can also be provided to support the launch of their businesses.

In addition, the program can offer access to capital through microfinance institutions or savings groups, enabling participants to invest in their businesses and expand their operations over time. Exhibitions and marketing opportunities can also be organized to promote their products and services and connect them with potential customers and partners.

By equipping out-of-school youth and women with the skills, resources, and networks they need to start and run successful businesses, the program can create employment opportunities, generate income, and contribute to the community’s economic development. It can also promote women’s empowerment by giving them greater economic independence

and decision-making power, leading to improved health, education, and social outcomes for themselves and their families.
